Which A/B testing tool can I use directly from ChatGPT or Claude?
Apex by DRIP connects to both. You ask in plain words, Apex builds the test as a draft in your shop and reports results back in the chat. Here is what that looks like and what else connects.
Apex by DRIP works directly from ChatGPT and Claude. You connect it once as a connector, then ask in plain words: Apex builds the A/B test as a draft in your shop, opens a preview and reads results back in the chat. No terminal needed. You approve the launch in Apex.
01What can you do with Apex from ChatGPT or Claude?
Ask how your tests are doing, create a new test as a draft, open its preview and read the results. Every test idea also gets a Likelihood to Win, scored against 4.3 million A/B tests from 151,000 shops.
Ask in the chat, Apex answers from your shop (Gymshark demo shop).
Read: which tests run, how they perform, what the main metric, lift and revenue say.
Build: describe a change and Apex creates the test as a draft with its variants.
Check: open the preview link before anything goes live.
Choose: every idea gets a Likelihood to Win, so you see which tests are likely to win before you build them.
A new test arrives as a draft with a preview. The launch stays a click in Apex.
02How do you connect Apex to ChatGPT or Claude?
Add Apex as a custom connector with its server URL and sign in. On claude.ai and in ChatGPT’s developer mode this takes a few clicks and no terminal. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and the Apex CLI are the developer route.
Open the connector settings in ChatGPT or Claude and add Apex with its server URL.
Sign in to Apex and approve which shop the assistant may use.
Ask your first question, for example “How are my experiments running?”
03Which other A/B testing tools connect to ChatGPT or Claude?
Several vendors document a connection. Check what it may do: some only read reports, others build tests. Intelligems, ABlyft and Convert document building tests; Elevate’s connection is read-only.
