03 · Methodology

How revenue-per-user uplift is measured.

Revenue per user (RPU) = total revenue ÷ unique users in the period. It captures conversion rate and average order value in a single, baseline-anchored number — which is why we guarantee on RPU rather than CR alone.

Lock the baseline
We agree a clean pre-engagement RPU window with you and your analytics — typically 8–13 weeks of stable, deduplicated revenue-per-user data.

Validate the tracking
SRM checks, event integrity, deduplication, and consent handling are audited before a single test goes live. Dirty data invalidates the guarantee on both sides.

Test & attribute
Each experiment runs to statistical significance with pre-planned decision rules. Winners are shipped; their RPU contribution is logged with full math.

Re-measure at month 6
Cumulative RPU is compared to baseline using the same definition. The 10% threshold is evaluated against documented, validated winners only.
